Larry Vanderbilt, Sr. is a co-founder of Vanderbilt Landscaping, bringing nearly 25 years of roadside and commercial landscaping; as well as extensive executive level management to the company. In the fall of 1991, Vanderbilt, Sr. began working for a Florida-based roadside mowing company as a tractor driver. By 2005, Vanderbilt, Sr. was the Branch Manager of two locations, overseeing nearly 100 employees, garnering revenue well over six figures.
In addition to innovative and successful business acumen, Vanderbilt's strongest skill set is quality control. His goal is to be sure that the result of their work and the reflection of their client are graded in excellence.
Joffery Vanderbilt, a co-founder of Vanderbilt Landscaping, has more than ten years’ experience in roadside mowing and litter services.
At the tender age of 8, Joffery had an affinity for tractors, farming, and everything landscaping. It was to no one's surprise that Joffery followed in the footsteps of his father and soon landed his first job as a farm equipment mechanic, tractor driver, and most recently a Branch Manager at a Smyrna-based landscaping company.
In addition to roadside mowing and litter services, Joffery gained extensive expertise in new business development and management, client retention, financial planning and analysis, team management, and problem-solving and resolution.
Joffery holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business with a concentration in Horticulture from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN.
Larry Vanderbilt, Jr. is a co-founder of Vanderbilt Landscaping. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business with specialization in Business Management and Horticulture from Tennessee State University, he has more than 15 years of experience in roadside mowing, commercial litter services, customer service inquiries, new hire, and termination human resource management, budget-related labor and fuel resource management, damage claim management and certified payroll management.
Sirica Hill, a co-founder of Vanderbilt Landscaping, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer in which he is responsible for managing mowing, litter, and all operational crews, conducting safety training with employees, as well as managing the inventory control for two branches. He started as a Project Manager for the Florida based company in 2006 and was promoted to a Senior Project Manager in 2008. Prior to that company, he was a Marketing/Sales Manager with TruGreen Chemlawn for 8 years, where he was responsible for marketing and commercial sales.
Sirica attended Tennessee State University, where he majored in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
